Other Select Home Finders services
We are available to help with all aspects of the purchase of your new home. These services are in addition to the main service.

PROPERTY PREVIEW SERVICE - If you have already found a property but are not able to change a busy schedule to view or maybe you are currently abroad and cannot view directly, Select Home Finders can help by previewing the property for you. We would check the property against the agent’s details, take digital photographs (with the vendors permission) and write a report outlining the Pros and Cons.

FAMILIARISATION TOURS - If you are not familiar with the area you intend moving to, Select Home Finders can arrange a tour usually for the day showing key points of interest and local amenities in the area.

AREA REVIEW REPORTS - If you don’t have the time to spend on a familiarisation tour, Select Home Finders can provide information on the local area; this will include local schools and nurseries, local amenities, crime ratings and aerial photographs.

SURVEY ­ We can instruct a surveyor on your behalf, recommending the best type of survey dependant on factors such as location, type and age of property. We will review and comment on the surveyor's report.
