Fees

The fee structure is dependent on the type and level of service you require.

Retainer Fee: Payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search:

up to £499,000		£500
£500,000 to £999,000		£750
£1,000,000 and over		£1000

Completion/Success fee when you have bought a property, payable on completion or one month after exchange of contracts based on a percentage of the total value of the property(s) purchased:

Is the greater of 1.0% of the final purchase price; or 25% of the differential between the initial advertised asking price and the final discounted price negotiated.

Fixed fees are available to corporate clients.

Property Preview: (Property Review is already included if taking the main service)
For this service we charge £295

Familiarisation Tours:
For this service we charge £350 per day

Area Review Report:
For this service we charge £150

Survey:
To instruct a surveyor on your behalf and comment on the report we charge £145

Digital Video:
For this service we charge £300

Search for rented accommodation

Retaining fee to search for a rental property, including inspection and a short listed properties report is £425 payable in advance plus when you have rented a property the equivalent of one months rent payable on exchange of lease.

The above charges are standard and may not be appropriate in every case. We will quote for clients with special requirements.
